  • Letting Only Service
    We take care of tenant sourcing, reference checks, legal paperwork, deposit registration, and move-in/move-out procedures. This is ideal for landlords who prefer to manage the property themselves.

How We Find the Right Tenant for You

  • Professional Property Marketing
    Once you appoint us, our professional photographer will capture high-quality images of your property. These will be used to create an attractive, informative listing designed to attract tenants quickly.

  • Property Viewings & Feedback
    We actively market your property to prospective tenants, arrange and conduct viewings, and provide regular updates on interest levels and feedback.

  • Tenant Screening & Agreements
    When a tenant makes an offer, we carry out thorough reference checks, including previous landlord references and credit history. Once approved, we draft a tenancy agreement for both parties to sign.

  • Finalising the Tenancy
    After signing the agreement, we collect the security deposit and first month’s rent. If required, we can also arrange gas and electrical safety inspections, as well as an inventory and check-in.
