At Charles Morley, we offer highly competitive fees for our lettings services, based on a percentage of the total gross rent and the level of service you choose.

  • Rent Collection & Full Management Fees are deducted alongside rent payments.
  • Let Only Service Fees are payable in advance.
  • All fees are subject to VAT where applicable.

Full Property Management – 15% + VAT

Our Full Property Management Service is designed for landlords who want complete peace of mind. We handle everything, so you don’t have to.

  • Negotiation of the best rental terms
  • Comprehensive tenant reference & credit checks
  • Preparation of all legal documents
  • Inventory & schedule of condition
  • Check-in & check-out management
  • Secure deposit handling within the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS)
  • Utility & Council Tax setup and transfer
  • Tax Return assistance under the Non-Residents Landlord Scheme
